Absolutely no pets, sorry, members of our family who visit are highly allergic!
1. Swim and fish at your own risk. Owners not liable for any accidents.
2. No outdoor fires, except charcoaling on porch. All trash must be bagged and tied and placed in trash container. Indoor fires are limited to "fake" paper logs.
3. No loud parties, firecrackers or guns.
4. Weekly rate is $750 for two people, subject to change on holidays. Each additional person is $20 extra per day. Six people maximum total. No additional guests. Day rate is $130/day, two night minimum. Three night minimum on holidays.
5. There is a 7% state sales tax plus a 3% tourist tax in addition to rent, a $100 cleaning fee and a $100 damage deposit.
6.Check-in time is anytime after 3 in the afternoon. Check-out is 10 A.M. and subject to overcharges of at least $30 if not met, as our cleaners have to have time to clean.
7. No over fishing (keep only what you can eat here). No unattended fishing of any kind, no netting, spearing or anything illegal.
8. No motors of any kind on lake except electric trolling motors.
